You can only download our application if your mobile phone has the App Store (for iPhones) or if it has the Play Store only in Italy stores. Other devices that don't have these two Stores can't install the App, such as HUAWEI phones. You cannot download the App if you have a phone older than 7-8 years.
If you no longer remember the data to access your App, you can request the new ones by going to "Forgot your data?" and choosing whether to recover only the password or all access data. If you still have problems getting in, go to one of our ALE&GIÒ centers and they will certainly be able to help you.
Perhaps you have logged in with a new profile that you have created right now. Make sure you have entered the App from the Login page and not Registered. If you changed phones and logged in via Google (the red G button) then maybe it's not your profile. To recover your data go to "Hai dimenticato i tuoi dati?" and choose "Recupera tutti i dati". You will be sent the access data to your email with which you registered and to your mobile phone number via SMS, if you entered it when you created your profile. If you still have problems getting in, go to one of our ALE&GIÒ centers and they will certainly be able to help you.
